 **Applies to NC Part B Medicare Claims ONLY

Palmetto GBA announced that they will be transitioning to a new Finance System on February 15, 2012.  During this time, all claims will be released for payment regardless of the 14-day payment floor.  The payment floor will be reinstated on February 20, 2012.

What this means to you:

  • Advanced Payments which will create an increase in cash flow from February 15 -19
  • Decreased cash flow from February 20 – March 8 when payment floor is resumed
